Thank you for purchasing digital artwork from TearToon Arts. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once your order is confirmed and the files are delivered.
However, refunds may be approved only if:
i. The file you received is corrupted or incomplete, or you were charged twice by mistake.
If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of purchase at support@teartoonarts.com with your order ID and details of the issue.
If you have trouble downloading your files, we’ll gladly send a new download link at no extra cost.
No refund are issued for change of mind after the file has been delivered.
